Learn how you can shape your total body with personal mat Pilates sessions. Even if you currently are involved in a regular exercise program, learning and practicing Pilates exercises can enhance the results you have already achieved,
and take your workout program to the next level!
Whether you are familiar with Mat Pilates or have never experienced the benefits, you can feel comfortable participating in these sessions. You can participate in personal sessions or try a group session to start. During your personal session you will strengthen and tone the muscles essential to changing the way your body looks. Most importantly, you will learn how to incorporate Mat Pilates practices into your own exercise routine.

Paula Anctil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and is an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor. She teaches Mat Pilates, in addition to, yoga, strength training, and cardio classes at several fitness facilities in the Johnson County area.
